Ty and Jessica. Wedding

Last Saturday, I helped out an Edmond photographer, Brad Myers, with a wedding.  It was my first ever so I was super nervous.  Thank goodness Brad knew what he was doing and it was a small, laid back wedding.  I think I got some pretty good shots and was happy with a lot of the pictures!

J.W. Small ~ July 13, 1928-December 22,2009

There was someone not at the Small family Christmas this year.  Even though I didn't know Justin's grandpa, J.W., very long, I knew he was a great man.  He always greeted you like you were the most exciting person in the world to walk through his door.  That was one of the things I will always remember about him.  He always had a camera in his hand and was known as the family photographer...all I can say is that I have big shoes to fill at all of the family gatherings from now on, well me and Lisa. :)  I know for a fact that he will be missed dearly by many many people.  Please keep the Small family in your prayers!

Christmas 2009

Here are some pictures from the Cornelius family Christmas and the Duel/Inman family Christmas.  We are so blessed to have such wonderful families and friends!  As you can see, at the Cornelius Christmas, it is ALL about the kids and I love their faces as they are opening the gifts!!  Such joy!!

The Owen Family

One of the first Sundays in December, I met up with the Owen Family out at Arcadia Farms.  Even though it was December, it ended up being a really nice day and it was still a really cool place to shoot even though everything was pretty much dead for the winter.  They were the cutest family and super laid back.  The girls couldn't wait to climb in trees and stuff! :)

Thanksgiving 2009

One of my Christmas presents to my parents this year was to take recent pictures of all of their grandkids.  So we all loaded up and went over to Loop, ISD and took a few pictures.  I even tested out my tripod in some.  We had a couple of problems, but I got a few good ones and my sister got her Christmas card picture out of the deal.
